Hello Den,

If your domain name is hosted elsewhere, you will not be able to get Yola Mail. Your domain provider may have their own email service.

I hope this helps!

No problem Den,

If you wanted to use Yola Mail, you could transfer the domain name to Yola and use it that way but this may cost you more and only certain domain names can be transferred.

Andi.

Hello Den,

It is not possible to transfer a .com.au domain to Yola so that we become your domain registrar. You will need to upgrade to Yola Silver to take advantage of the domain pointing feature. However, this still means that you need to set up your email with your current domain registrar.
