Yola mail

I am having problems with my yola mail login. I can't seem to log in successfully to my yola mail. It says that the credentials are not valid. I received a notification to my blackberry to verify the credentials.

Hi Guadalupe,

It appears that your Yola Mail mailbox has expired and this is the reason you are unable to access your mailbox. Your domain and Yola Mail are linked and should be renewed at the same time. I have reviewed your domain renewal payment and your Yola Mail mailbox was not renewed which is the reason it has expired.

If you could purchase a new mailbox, then our engineers will add the registration period to your existing mailbox and reinstate it for you.

To purchase a new mailbox please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Yola Mail page after logging into your Yola account.
2. Click on "Get an additional mailbox".
3. Follow the steps to purchase a new mailbox (as per the original steps on activating Yola Mail).

Please let me know when this has been done and I will send your case onto our engineers to action.

Hi Jackie thanks for the response to my question. I've done what you told me and purchased a new mailbox now can you send my case to the engineers. Thanks for the help!
