Hi kat

I see that you signed up with Yola through the GBBO program.  You do get a free email account with your domain, however, you will not be able to sign up with Yola Mail.  To get your free domain, please sign up with Google Apps.  This will give you a free email account.  Take a look at our step-by-step tutorial on how to do this, here: Setting up your email with Google Apps.

If the pictures not showing up in the Picture Gallery Widget on your Fashion page is a bug on Yola.  Our engineers are debugging the issue and we hope to have a fix soon.  In the meantime, please try to add another Picture Gallery Widget and adding the pictures on the Fashion page again.  If the problem recurs, please let us know.

Thank you
Nazlie

Hello kat,

Thanks for sharing the URL. I believe I know why this issue is happening. Can you please check the image file names you are using for your Picture Gallery Widget? Do they contain special characters in them such as ( ) or accents, etc..? If so, please try renaming your image file name so that it contains only plain English text with no characters. Here's how to rename your image file:
1. Go to Site > File Manager.
2. Right-click on the file in the File Manager.
3. Click on "Rename".
4. Delete the file name but remember to leave the extension (e.g. .jpg).
5. Enter a new file name before the extension.
6. Click on "OK".

You will need to re-add your images to your Picture Gallery Widget. Your thumbnails should now be displaying correctly.

Please let us know if you still have trouble with this.
