We aren't aware of any Yola Mail problems at the moment. Could you specify what you mean by others using your domain? Are they using mailboxes to your domain? Or do they just use your e-mail address to send you e-mails? Can you give more details about what problems they experience?
Thanks for the reply. I thought I'd better get clued up about what they were saying before replying to you. (As a by-the-by it's a company that we work with a lot and so we've allocated them @directgb.com mailboxes for ease.)
I haven't had any trouble and I suspect that it's more likely that they are having connection problems being that they're based out of the UK.
