Hello Susan

I have found one e-mail you send us on 31 October, and our Support responded to you on the same day, but hasn't heard back from you since then.

When I check your Yola account, everything is in order with regard to your Yola Mail and domain subscriptions.

When I go to your Yola Mail page in your My Yola, I can see your Yola Mail mailbox which has been set-up, and clicking on the "Check Inbox" button takes me to the webmail login page of your Yola Mail account as designed.

Can you please let me know what problem you're exactly experiencing when you try to use Yola Mail? Where do you get stuck? Do you get an error message?

Please also try these general trouble-shooting steps first:
  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  2. Try a different browser.

  3. Try on a different computer.

If none of these steps solves your problem, please follow up with us on the e-mail conversation we've had with you as looking into the issue may require exchanging confidential information with you. Thanks.

Hello Susan

Can you please contact our E-mail Support on this matter again? We will most probably need to exchange sensitive data with you, such as for resetting your Yola Mail password, and we don't do this on our public Support Forum.

The best way would be to reply to the response we've sent you last. Otherwise you're also welcome to use our Contact Support Form. Thanks.

Hello Susan

To change your Yola Mail password, please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your My Yola.

  2. In the left-hand side menu, click on "Yola Mail".

  3. You will see your Yola Mail mailbox. Below, click on "Change mailbox password for ...".

  4. Enter you new password twice and click on "Change password".

  5. If the change was successful, click on the "Check Inbox" button above again, and retry to login.

If it still doesn't work, you will need to follow up with us via e-mail again.

Hi Susan

I'm happy to hear that, well done!

For setting up your Yola Mail with Outlook Express, I'd suggest that you remove your present settings for your Yola Mail mailbox from your Outlook Express, and do the whole set-up again from scratch in order to avoid errors.

Please follow the steps in our tutorial. You will find the information for your outgoing and incoming servers at the bottom of your Yola Mail page in your My Yola.
