Yola Mail

I already purchased a Yola mail account. I can no longer access it and in the "my yola" portion of the site and in :yola mail" when trying to access it. It is telling me i have to renew? I purchased a email account for a year, i purchased this just a few months ago.

Email account is: info@gopt1.com

Please fix.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem, but I was unable to replicate the same issue from your account.

I can access your Yola Mail settings successfully, please see the screenshot attached.

Could you let me know if this is still happening? If so, could you try refreshing the page and let me know if this helps?
