Yola mail access

I still can't access my email. The same problem - an ad asking me to set up another yola mail account whenever I try access my original yola mail.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with your Yola Mail. I'm afraid I wasn't able to find you in our database using the e-mail address of your Get Satisfaction profile. Can you please provide the e-mail address you used to sign up with Yola?

In the meantime, can you check for me if you can open your Yola Mail login page by typing this URL into your browser address bar:
http://mail.yourdomain.com/mail
Please replace yourdomain.com by your domain name.

I logged into your account to check your Yola Mail page on your My Yola dashboard, but I wasn't able to replicate the error you are reporting. On my end, your Yola Mail page displays your mailbox, and everything is ok.

Can you please try these steps and let me know if you still experience the same problem afterwards?
  • Log out of your Yola account, clear your browser's chache, and then log into your account again.

  • Refresh the Yola Mail page.

  • Navigate to a different tab and then go back to the Yola Mail page.

Please come back to us if none of these options sort out the issue. Thanks.

Is it my account problem or server mantainance??
