yola mail acting screwy

I can't login into my mailbox. It just started saying that 'authentication failed' even though my autofill had the password and my user name in it. I reset my password and it still won't let me in. what gives?

We are aware of an error that affects some of our Yola Mail users. Our e-mail partner OpenSRS is right now looking into this issue. According to them, if you set up your Yola Mail account with an e-mail client (section 3), you should still be able to use POP3 and IMAP for receiving and sending e-mails.

We will keep you updated on this thread. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hi all

We've just been notified by our e-mail partner that Yola Mail should be up and running at full capacity again. Can you clear cache and cookies of your browsers, and retry logging in?

Please let us know if you are able to login again or not.
