YOLA MAIL DOWN?

USING OUTLOOK TODAY I STARTED RECEVING THIS MESSAGE

Task 'ventas@apolo69.com - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

SAME PROBLEM WITHMY OTHER MAIL

Hello Apolo,

I have recently received these identical messages using Outlook2013 but not linked to a Yola email account. I contacted MS for a fix and they weren't able to offer a suggestion. I did an Outlook update and it fixed, coincidentally forced a restart. My webmail was working with test sendings.

On a separate occasion very soon after, with the same issue, I restarted my computer and it resolved the problem.

Yola Mail is up and running, and there have recently been no technical issues to our knowledge. Please follow Gop's advice, and if you keep having problems, please let us know.
