Yola Mail Forwarding Not Working

Hi, I've requested Yola Mail to be forwarded to another address. When I send mail to my Yola Mail from outside, it is received, but not forwarded. When I send mail to my Yola Mail from Yola Mail, it is both received and forwarded. What's up?

Hi Erik,

Would you be able to send us a copy of an email that was sent from outside to Yola Mail, but not forwarded? You can send it to support@yola.com and mark it for my attention.

When you send the copy of the email, please be sure to include the message header as this contains the full trace of the message, rather than the To/From/Date/Subject fields.

You can find instructions on how to obtain the full message headers for different
mail clients by searching for " view full headers".
