Yola mail is not working from my site

I have added an e-mail address to my site...tested it, sending "contact me" from my site to my yahoo address and the contact me is working fine. When I try to send it to dan@voiceovermaestro.com (in the contact me page), it won't go through. I have also used my yola mail to send test traffic back and forth to yahoo successfully...therefore I know that the yola mail is working semi-correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Are you seeing any error message when you send from your Yola Mail?

No....it tells me that the message has been sent. I also just did an experiment and sent my posting from here to the yola mail account successfully.

So you are just not successfully sending to dan@voiceovermaestro.com. Do you know if it is not working to any other email addresses?

I tested it in a few ways. 1) from my website i was able to send a message to my yahoo account. 2) I sent a message from the yola mail site to my yahoo account 3) I sent a response from my yahoo account to the yola account. It simply will not respond to the yola account directly from the website.

Thanks Dan. I was trying to see if it possibly was a Yola receive issue and you've answered that. The Yola people will have to investigate this if it persists and they may not be on-board until the 2nd of January.

Please retry intermittently and just add the result to this post.

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer or fix for you but hopefully the info you've given will enable them to do a fix in a very short period of time.

I think when mail goes down it's the most frustrating aspect of internet problems. Don't know why but it is :)

Please can you share your URL so that we can have a look at the Yola Form to see what is happening?

I've further tested it....When I try to use the "contact me" in the site and have it set to the Yola mail account, the e-mail gets lost. When I change the "contact me" setting to my yahoo account, it works. Further, I can send an e-mail from the yola site to my yahoo account, and respond back with no problem.

Earlier today i tested it, and once again just a few minutes ago. The issue seems to have resolved itself. All is good now....and I'm happy...thanks everyone.
