Yola Mail not functioning - Could not find [mail server name]

The Yola Mail facility for my organisation's website (acs-wokingham.co.uk) is not functioning.
When I click the [Check Email] button from the Yola Mail screen I get shown a web page with the following error message:
Oops! Google Chrome could not find mail.acs-wokingham.co.uk

Also, when I attempt to access the mail account (info@acs-wokingham.co.uk) using MS Outlook, I get an error message stating that the mail server (mail.acs-wokingham.co.uk) could not be found. This is the case for both POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers.

I need help on this urgently!

Did Yola Mail suddenly stop working for you, or has it never worked since you had it? I have checked your Yola account, and everything is activated and in order with your Yola Mail. I also checked your Yola Mail access, and I'm afraid that I'm unable to reproduce the error you're reporting. When I click on the "Check inbox" button, your webmail login page is displayed fine on my end.

Which browser and operating system are you using? Can you please try these general trouble-shooting steps:
  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and retry.

  2. Try using a different browser.

  3. Try on a different computer.

If none of these solutions work, can you please send us a message via our Contact Support Form because we will need to connect you with your account and may exchange confidential information with you in order to solve this issue.
