Yola mail not working

Ok, so i have read all the posts i could find, and tryed everything before posting here. My domain is www.tec-outlet.com

My Webmail is mail.tec-outlet.com

Outlook Thunderbird, android mail, webmail... i cannot enter my account, no way. I payed for it, waited some time to see if it starts working, but this is noot cool. I get charged, and i instantly get my manager on yola website... i dont need more aliases, nor do i need to change my password... i need my mail to work.

Hi Pavle,

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to access your account. I see you subscribed yesterday and your account is in order. When you say you are unable to enter your account, can you tell us more about the steps you are taking and what happens? Have you tried accessing your account from within MyYola? Are you receiving an error message? You mention a number of other services. Are you attempting to set up your mail to be viewed in Outlook or another external mail client? If so, have you followed the steps below?

Log in to My Yola.
Click on "Email".
Scroll down to "External email client setup".
Click on the email client that you would like to set up.
This will link you to an online tutorial of the steps to follow to set up your email client.

I'm sorry for all of the questions. I'm confident we can help you gain access to your account with more information.

I have watched every tutorial on seting up with outlook thunderbird etc. I have also tried to log in via my yola, but like i said i get page not found. I have entered the http manualy also with the same result.

I'm afraid that I can't replicate the error you're reporting, either. When I type your webmail URL that you posted above into my browser, I get your Yola Mail webmail login page. Also, when I log into your account and open your Email page from your My Yola, it displays your mailbox and shows the "Check inbox" button as designed.

Can you please try and clear cache and cookies of your browser? If it still doesn't work afterwards, can you please let me know your browser and the browser version as well as your operating system?

Or is your problem that you cannot set up your e-mail with Outlook etc.? At which step are you having issues? We'd need as much detail from you as possible to assist you further.
