Yola Mail not working

I purchased email at the same time as purchasing my domain name and it's not showing up when I go to yola mail.
Because it wasnt showing up and just saying "Add additional mailboxes to your account. Each mailbox is only $9.96/year
Get an additional mailbox »" I thought that I hadn't purchased it properly so purchased it again.
My mailbox info has not registered in yola mail and I've payed for it twice. All I'm getting when I go to yola mail is this:

Add additional mailboxes to your account. Each mailbox is only $9.96/year
Get an additional mailbox »
External email client setup

We've created a few tutorials to help you set up Gmail, Outlook, and other programs for Yola Mail.

Choose the email program you'd like to use:

MS Outlook
MS Outlook Express
Mac Mail
Thunderbird

You'll need the following information to set up your email program:

Username:
your full email address (for example,'info@aspiredecoratingservices.com', not 'info')
Password:
your mailbox password

SMTP Server:
mail.aspiredecoratingservices.com
POP3 Server:
mail.aspiredecoratingservices.com
IMAP Server:
mail.aspiredecoratingservices.com

So.........I now have 2 problems:

1: My Yola Mail isn't working
2: I have paid twice for the same thing so could I please have a refund of one payment?

Hi Laura,

I first reported this problem 6 days ago and I still haven't heard anything back and the problem is still not resolved.

Because of this problem I am losing business. I've just lost a rather large contract to a competitor because my potential customer couldn't get in touch with me using the email address on my business cards, an email address that I have paid for (twice) and expected to have by now.

Surely it shouldn't be this hard to have an email address set up???

Thank you for bringing this to my attention Stephen. I located the case I created for you and I do see there was an error that I take full responsibility for that prevented it from being processed properly. I am sad to say that Murphy's Law seems to have taken hold here. I want to assure you your case is now routed properly and we will resolve your Yola Mail problem as well as issue a full refund to your account.

In the meantime you can access your yola mail account via this link: http://mail.aspiredecoratingservices....

Thank you Laura.
Although, I still can't access my email with that link. When I enter the details I originally entered when I bought the email, this message appears: Authentication failed. Invalid credentials

Hello Stephen

I'm really sorry that this Yola Mail thing becomes such a mission for you. I have added to your case that you weren't able to log in using the workaround provided, and I have asked our Payments department to process your refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your further patience, and we'll keep you updated.

Hi Laura,
I have been having the same problem as a number of thise customers above. I have now paid for 2 mailboxes and I am being told that my credentials are invalid even thought they are the same I have always used in the case of the first and in the case of the second they are brand new credentials I just entered for the first time.
Please let me know what is going on.

Hello Francis

Can you please try and change the passwords to your Yola Mail mailboxes? Then try to log in again, and if it still fails, please let us know which error message you get, and we'll investigate on this to fix it.

To change your password for a mailbox:
  1. Log into your Yola account.

  2. Click on "Yola Mail" in the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click on "Change mailbox password for ...".

  4. Enter your password in each of the boxes.

Now please try to log into your Yola Mail account and let us know if it doesn't work.

Francis, we have fixed the issue with your mailboxes, for some reason they were disabled. It should now work as designed. Please check and come back to us if the problem should persist. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
