I'm sorry that you're experiencing this problem. I have checked your Yola account and was able to reproduce the error you are reporting. The good news is that you can purchase Yola Mail, using a different link on your My Yola dashboard.
I was able to make an attempt to purchase Yola Mail in your account when I did this:
In your My Yola, click on "Domains" in the left-hand side menu.
Next to the domain name for which you'd like to have Yola Mail, please click on the "Get Yola Mail" link.
This should take you to the Payment Screen straight away. If this doesn't work for you, please first clear your cache and cookies, and retry. If it still doesn't work, please come back to us.
