Yola Mail purchased, but nothing to progress further..

Yola mail was purchased. When I click on Yola Mail, I don't see any details that would allow me to create an alias based on the instruction I was given. All I'm seeing is the option to add additional mailboxes to my account and External email client set up. I don't see mailbox@domain.com link either.

Thanks. The tutorial did not help with the issue I am having. I have followed the instruction for managing aliases, but I'm stuck with #1. After logging into Yola account and clicking Yola Mail. I do not see "Manage aliases" or anything that would display my mailbox. I have already purchased a mailbox with an email address.

All I'm seeing is the option to buy another mailbox. And instruction for external emails.

Hello Karl, Perhaps your first purchase of it did not completely process. If you email support@yola.com regarding it, they could look into the account details of it.
