Yola Mail still not working!

Several days ago I signed up for both Yola Silver and Yola Mail. To this day, my Yola Mail isn't working. I sent an email to support containing the following:

"Hello,

I just signed up for both Yola Silver and Yola Mail, but the latter is not working. Every time I try to configure my Yola Mail I get an error.

First I get the following error, "Yola Mail is not currently configured for your domain, because you are accessing your email using another mail provider."

Then I click Switch Back to Yola Mail, and I get this error, "There was an error attempting to reconfigure Yola Mail. Please try again later."

My domain name is http://www.edchieving.com and the Yola mail address is apparently http://mail.edchieving.com

Could this have anything to do with the fact that I just registered for my domain name with Yola and that things take time to propagate?

Please let me know what steps to take to fix this.

Thank you."

I got a prompt response saying that the error was from their side and that their engineers are working to fix this. Three days later nothing is fixed. I sent an email a day and a half ago or so ago politely asking if there was an update and didn't even get a response.

This is starting to get frustrating. What gives?

Hello helaker,

I am sure that this is quite frustrating. I will need to have our Yola DNS team assist with this. Thanks for your patience.

Our engineers are currently trying to determining the underlying issue which is preventing you from accessing your Yola Mail account. We are sorry that this is taking longer than expected, and as soon as we have an update we will let you know.

Hi helaker,

I am pleased to let you know that our engineers were able to get to the bottom of the bug, and your Yola Mail account has been fixed. It may take up to 24 hours for the fix to propagate across the internet (usually a lot less), so please let us know if you are still struggling to set up your account after this time.

Using the e-mail address you have for our forum, I can only find a deleted Yola account in our system. Can you please let me know the domain name which you bought with Yola and to which you added Yola Mail?
