Ive paid for Yola Mail but it wont let me set up an emaill address ie. firstname.lastname@example.org. keeps telling me to try again later and now I cant even get into the Yola Mail tab to try again. very frustrating a ive put the new address on my website.
I think that it may be worth your while sending an email to email@example.com. This message you mentioned is not a typical message that I have noticed reported previously. It may be related to some process that is occurring with the sitebuilder alterations?
I have checked your account and I can see that you signed up through Google's Get British Business Online (GBBO) program.
Unfortunately, Yola Mail is not available to GBBO users and the fact that you were able to purchase it was an error on our part. Going forward we will be offering an exciting Google Apps based custom mail solution, however until this time you can take advantage of the free Google Apps service.
