I want to thank Mr. Lingham for his personal message. My site is a faith-based site and not a commercial one. So it was little effected from the outage. Actually I did not know that there was an outage until notified. Mr. Linghams frankness, honesty and direct involvement in this situation made a huge impression upon me. I have not been completely 'sold' on Yola as a hosting service as yet, but I am now! Security and how incidents like this are handled are 'key' to your client's confidence as you well know. You get five stars from me in this one. I'm planning another website in the near future and it will definitely be with Yola. Thanks, Mr. Lingham, for your dedication and for all of the hard work you and your associates put forth in this unwarranted and cowardly attack. Thanks David! So glad that you intend to stay with Yola and that you are planning another website with us.

We never want another week like this again, but it does feel good to work for a company where everyone from the CEO down genuinely cares about their customers.
