It seems that Yola deducted my subscription amount twice this month. Can you please look into this.

Using the e-mail address you use for this forum, I was only able to find a Yola Free account where there aren't any payments.

Have you got another Yola account, and could you please provide your URL or login e-mail address for this one (no password), so that we can have a look?

Hi Louise,

That account shows one charge of $9.95 billed on 6/19/2012. If your accounting shows something different can you please send a copy of your conflicting information to support@yola.com so our payments team can investigate further?

Goodday,

It seems like my request is not finding its way to you so I am replying on this email which was sent 8 months ago. Just like 8 months ago, my payment for my yola account went through twice. My payment usually goes off around the 18th or the 19th but on 03 January 2013 an amount of R103.35 (ZAR) went off ekstra. Can you please advise me on this and refund it. Thank you.
