Yola Planned Downtime

Hi All,

Apologies for the very late notice but our engineering team has let us know they are ready for a release sooner than expected (they have been working though the night for this one it seems)

This release is for our subscription service and will allow customers to renew their Yola Silver accounts.

Please note: Published sites will not be affected.

We are planning on 3 hours of downtime starting in the next 30 minutes. We are hoping it will take a lot shorter than 3 hours but that is our outside estimate.

Again, we are sorry for the late notice - we would have loved to let you all know at least 24 hours in advance but we thought the sooner it goes out the better it is for all.

Please watch this thread for updates

Hello Jenalis,

We are just starting our release. We are expecting to be down for approximately 3 hours - hopefully less! Keep updating by checking on this thread where are are.

Once the release has been done, you will need to renew your Silver package to take advantage of the Premium styles.

Hello Sharon, we just posted this about an hour ago to give people a heads up. But, the actual work just started about 50 minutes ago. We know you are anxious to get back in as quickly as possible and we'll try our best to keep within the time frame allotted. Send some good thoughts that the release will go smoothly!

My god.. i'm working hard for more of 2 sites of the morning and.. you take my hands.

Jesus !
Anyway.. i hope to be for the good this change and not only some [not import changes] :)

I see on the site editor, they miss many import tools like the colors editor.
More color codes please because, i'm going to google, to find and to past some color codes. This is timelose.

Hello Chris,

This feature release is for enabling our user to renew Yola Silver. If you need to see the color codes, you can go to http://html101.yolasite.com/html-colo... for a handy color code chart. I hope that helps.

You can also use www.colorpicker.com. Thats a picker and you drag the thing around and then copy the HEX code. I use it all the time. I also have one on my new site that I'm releasing soon.

Hi Sanja, are you saying we have to renew again? I haven't had Yola Silver for a year yet. I'm a little confused. I haven't renewed yet and I still have the new features of the site builder. Are there even more features that were added?

Thanks,
Nathan

Hello Goni - please be assured that you are still able to access your published site. However, accessing your Sitebuilder at this time is not possible while we are working on this release.

I don't often get time to work on our website and it's just typical that the small window I have I can't get access. Really hope it's back up and running soon!

Hi Julia

I completely understand your frustration about not being able to login. We know your time is valuable, which is why we avoid downtime as much as possible. However, it is needed in this instance.

We hope to have it up and running very soon - we're awaiting the "all clear" from our engineers and we'll let you know as soon as this happens.

So sorry for the inconvenience to you.

Hello didieraymond,

We should hopefully be done within another 1.5 hours or so. I hope this gives you an opportunity to get some other things done while you're waiting!
