How do we know when purchased products expire?

For example, I purchased a yola link removal and would like to know how long I have before I have to renew that.

Hi Donald,

I the Yola Link is removed indefinitely ever since Yola Silver came along.
So there is no need to worry about renewing!

Hope this helps.

John.

Yola Silver includes link removal. Yola Silver costs 49.95USD a year.
Because you purchased the link removal before Yola Silver you get to keep it.
The link is still there on free accounts. To remove it now you have to purchase Yola Silver.

Sorry i'm not being very clear.
Since you have purchased the link removal it will be removed forever on your account.
Your account status should be Yola Bronze.

Hello Donald,

Thank you for your message. John is correct. Since you purchased the Yola Link Removal, it will be applied to your account forever. You will not have to worry about it expiring.

In regards to any other purchases, such as package upgrades, most purchases are on a yearly basis. If you ever need us to look up a particular expiration date for you, we will be more then happy to do so. Please be assured that we never let our customers domains or packages expire. We always send renewal notices months in advance.

I hope this helps!
