Hi Amanda,

If you can tell us your domain name we can see if the DNS settings are complete. If you have just done your settings then it can take up to 48 hours to go through the various processes.

Hi Amanda,

The DNS lookup of your A records tells me that it's pointed to 72.52.4.95.

Can I ask where you got this IP address from?

Hi following registration with Yola i have not done anything with it. Tonight is the first time i have logged in since. As far as i was aware it should just be held in my name on yola, my husband registered one the very same evening and when he logs in yola advised he has 1 domain.

Thanks

OK. It's a GBBO deal. I wasn't thinking. The support people will have to follow up with you on this one Amanda.

It won't be a difficult thing to fix but I bet you don't want to hear that while you are organised and ready to go!

Yes they will Amanda. Within 48 hours and usually much shorter for such enquiries.

You may wish to send an email to support@yola.com if you would feel more reassured?

Hi Amanda,

Your domain is all set up and good to go, you just need to publish it.

I have noticed that you have two accounts with Yola, and the domain its2go.co.uk is registered to account with the darrenjones gmail address.

If you would like your site to be live, you will need to publish it and you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log into your account and open your site in the Sitebuilder.
2. If your site is unpublished, click on "Publish to the web" and then choose "I already own my domain name". Follow the steps until your site is published.

If you get stuck please let us know.

Thanks!
