Once on MY Yola I sometimes get 500 Time Out when I click to enter the site builder for my domain.
Sometimes after I am able to get into site builder and try to go to a page I want to edit I get Service Temporarily Unavailable
Yes I tried other browsers and cleared cache

We were seeing some slowness with one of our servers about an hour ago so we restarted it and haven't seen any further issues since. Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing any slowness or errors?

Pingdom can't find http://www.ibeamconsulting.com/images.... I don't think I added that image or directory. Can you tell me if/how I can delete this image reference? My site is www.ibeamconsulting.com.
Seems like Pingdom is seeing most delays when accessing elements from the /resources directory for my site.
Also see my recent tweet from @davidkamm.

I'll double check with my engineers but that does not sound like it would be related to the slow loading that was causing the 500 errors earlier. Our monitoring indicates that issue has been resolved by restarting the Sitebuilder servers that were affected.
To delete an image reference, you must delete the file from your File Manager:
On the main menu bar, click on Site > File Manager.
Locate the file you wish to delete.
Right-click on the file.
Select "Delete".
Please let me know if I have misunderstood your request.

I checked with a colleague who tells me that Pingdom is referencing a file that doesnt exist on your site (img01.jpg), so my advice above would not serve you. We think you may need to touch base with Pingdom in regards to this.

Please tell us more about the images you are uploading as I doubt it is related to our server restarts. What is the size and file name of your images? Are you using any special characters in the file names? Only alphanumeric digits are supported. Please let us know if this doesn't help.

I have just changed the banner again on the home page. It loads on to the page and I click save. If I then go to another page and return it has gone. I have tried to apply to ever page and click through but it is not there. I have deleted from my files and re-uploaded and repeated the process and the same thing. I have cleared the cache also to see if that helped but no.
The site is not live as I am working on it to go live but this has been a bit of a set back. I must say though that up until yesterday there had never been an issue with any of the other websites

We believe you were affected by our server restarts. Everything should be working normally now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing any problems.

I'm sorry to hear that everything is running slowly for you. We are not experiencing any issues right now that would explain this. Can you please try the troubleshooting steps listed here: My site won't load in the Sitebuilder.
Please let us know if you continue to have troubles. If so, can you please share your domain URL so that we can look at this more closely.

This has been happening for the last week. You will see 3 reports referring to this issue within that time.
I'm also experiencing this. Files in saves with messages "oops....!" from the server! Previews that take a prolonged time, occassional hangs, etc. It is erratic as another has referred to.
Think you need to dig deeper

Since we're not able to duplicate the problems you're seeing, we'll need some more information in order to dig deeper into this for you.
Do you have some specific steps you are taking that result in the problem? We can try to replicate if you can describe the exact steps you are taking when the problem occurs.
It would also be helpful if you could provide us with some screenshots of the error messages.
Thanks for your help!

- The "Oops ... " message is acknowledged as being recorded by the servers so that would be within your own records.
- Don't know how to take a screen-shot of a delay.
- A hang generally locks you out of the page and functions so don't know how to capture such

The specific steps you are taking that result in the problems are needed so that we can try replicating the issue, and before we can proceed further, we will need to see the specific error message.
Does the error look like this? If so, could click the letter O in the word "wrong" 3 times and send us the text you see there?
Thanks!

In the meantime I could swing a chicken around my head three times while facing north and then store it in the deep freeze for 2 days.... if that helps.... or maybe there's an online treasure hunt facility that reveals all with regard to Yola debugging?
What a system!
