Hello Daniel

I am sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue. After consultation with our engineers, it has been determined that the likely reason why this is happening is because of an internet connection issue with your ISP. This may take a day or so to resolve. You may want to contact your ISP to see if they can help sort out the issue. Alternatively, you may want to use a different network until this has been resolved.

Please do let us know if you continue to have issues with this.

Hello Daniel and Lord MJ

In addition to the above information, can you please let us know if you have any kind of anti-virus program running such as Norton? Also, can you please try clearing the cache in your browser to see if that helps? If you are able to find a different network to try, please let us know if that makes any difference.

Thank you for your patience as we work on this together.

I cleared my cache and I'm running BitDefender as antivirus but that never gave me trouble. I visited Yola site many times and this started to happen a few days ago.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for providing that information. Can you possibly try logging into your Yola account from another computer on another network and see if that makes any difference?

Kind Regards,
Emmy

I have been experiencing this problem for a while, on all my browsers, thought it was possibly my PC till I tried accessing Yola on my laptop at a WiFi hotspot where it gave the same problem. So it does not appear to be my PCs or Broadband. However both my PC also run BitDefender 2011. Will try disabling firewall and anti-virus and see if it helps.

I don't think that BitDefender is causing this. I've disabled it and it still didn't work.

Just completely disabled my BitDefender, and no luck still having this problem. I also have now experienced this on a PC with no anti-virus :(

I agree with LORD MJ, this is the only site that is doing this, and its happening on many different types of PCs, and IEs and Connection types.

@ LORD MJ, what OS are you using?

PS: My iPod touch is loading the site fine, on my net conection through wifi.

Thanks also using windows 7 but Ulti and 64-bit, all the PCs giving me problems are using Win 7. But from the Adobe BrowserLab results I think there may be a bigger problem than simply our PCs.

Just used Adobe BrowserLab to run a test:
When loading (http://www.yola.com) it just sits loading for ages and does nothing!

When testing (http://my.yola.com) it loads perfectly:

Hello everyone,

Please could you confirm whether you are still seeing the problem or not? You can try clicking on refresh or clearing your browser cache (http://www.google.com/support/account...) to make sure you're seeing the most recent version of the page.

We may have solved the issue but we're not sure as we're still unable to replicate it on our side.

Hello Ticho,
Thank you for alerting us to this, I can understand this is frustrating. This was a problem we were seeing a little while ago, and it looks like it has cropped back up. I have reopened this with our engineering team and we'll be looking into it.

Hi Ticho,

We have received feedback that this problem has been resolved. Could you try clearing your cache, and then log into Yola again.

Here's some information on how to clear your cache, if you aren't sure how to: http://www.google.com/support/account....

Hope that helps!

Hi Everyone,,, Hi Yola,

I just came out from this same problem. My experience is... in addition to clearing the cache I had to clear the cookies as well. I tried clearing the cache only many times but the problem didn't get solved but once the cookies were cleared, the Yola login website is back as usual. I haven't got a clue what's the technical reason behind this magic but if all else fail give it a shot.
