Yola Silver does not exist

Premium account yet no reply in accordance with agreement.

Customer service reply asks for further resolution by email but deadline will not allow further waiting for a stock reply leading to queries to a question YOLA really do not want to be asked or at least have the experienced staff to respond over a weekend.

Server problems due to Yola - not acknowledged;

Solution - none;

P.R. staff response without technical know how - always.

Shame. The quality when Yola works is marvellous.

Customer service = zero. nil. Apalling.

We realize you are frustrated, yet you seem to think posting negative comments with little to no useful information about what you are experiencing will resolve everything. You also seem convinced that you know what the problem is and we are choosing not to resolve it.
