Yola Silver Purchase not showing on my account status

I just purchased yola silver and it is still not showing up on the my yola section, it only says "account status: Free". Why is it doing this?...I sure hope I didnt get ripped off

I just want to assure you that Yola would not rip you off. I think it takes a while before it is done processing your payment. How long ago did you purchase Yola Silver? If your site is published can you share your URL with us? If not, could you email support@yola.com? Thanks!

Is your site published online? If so, please share your domain wit us - this will allow the Yola employees to look at your account status.

If your site is not published online, please send us an email at support@yola.com so that we can assist you further without gathering personal details on this forum.
