I had my credit card charged for Yola silver renewal on the 18th of August ($119.95 CAD ) yet I did not action this transaction. I have the record and email and can send a transaction number if this is necessary. Please let me know how to proceed and have the transaction reversed.
When you subscribe to a Yola package, you agree to being opted in for auto-renewal of your subscriptions. This is what probably happened in your case. As we can only process account-related requests via e-mail, can you please send us your request using our Contact Support Form? Please select the subject "Difficulty paying or checking out" and make sure to use the e-mail associated with your Yola account, so that we will be able to assist you further as soon as possible.
