I recently downloaded IE 9.0 and now under my "beer page" @ WWW.ClemsBottleHouse.com my list of beers seems to have different sized font. This is also a big problem when viewing my site from Firefox.

Hello Paul

All browsers display every web site differently. Some might be slight changes and some might be huge changes. The font size going to be different between browsers and you just can't change that. (sorry) That's because each browser is built differently.

Can you let me know the big difference that you see when looking at your website in Firefox?

Also what is the main browser that you use? I suggest Google Chrome and Firefox. Firefox is recommended for the best experience while you're on Yola.

Hi Paul,
To add to what Nathan said, IE 9 is also a newer browser version and currently still in beta. It will take some time for all the kinks to be worked out and we will then do testing in the Sitebuilder with it and add it to our list of supported browsers. We would also suggest that you use Firefox for the best user experience, however we can definitely support you in other Yola supported browsers.

Kind Regards,

Please just remember that regardless of which browser you use to build your site IE is still by far the browser most people will be using to view your site.It is wise to make sure your site looks good and functions well in as many browsers as you can.IE should be the main priority for all of us.

By the way looked at your site using IE9 64bit and everything lined up better than looking at it using Firefox

Hi, Paul,

Just adding my two cents, I had a look at your site and it looks like you may be pasting from MS Word or a similar word processor. I noticed a font called Black Adder which is not a web safe font--if a visitor does not have that font installed the browser will look for a substitute. Web safe fonts are those that the most people are likely to have. MS Word can also create problems with your site and break your page. The solution is to copy your text to Notepad first and then copy it to Yola.
