Yola Site Builder (Paid)

12 days ago I paid for the website to be built for me. Money was accepted, with teh promise I would hear from someone in 2 days. It's been 12 and I have had one email to which I responded I needed a phone call as I'm new to this. Have been a member for several years. Please explain this, it's very disappointing.

I have been working with you via email and I know you spoke to a phone representative as well. I have contacted Pixel212 on your behalf and will update you as soon as I hear from them. I can assure you we will either fully address your concerns or issue you a refund as an exception to our terms of service that indicates Yola Premier is not eligible for refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority and I'm confident we'll be able to make this right. Hi Rebecca,

Ryan got back in touch with me today to tell me he had been out of the office but would call you today. He also indicated that no design work has been completed on your behalf so you are eligible for a refund if you would prefer that route. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
