Yola Sitebuilder ... slow ... sluggish ... not very responsive ... getting bored of having to report this.

Make a website and see how far you get ... without wanting to strangle Yola.

I cannot believe how many hours I most waste at the moment due to the slow ... horrible sitebuilder program.

Noticing the same here as well. Internet speed tests etc are all as normal and other sites including published sites are timely.

Can someone take a look at this page and explain why i can move any of the boxes ... and why it just sits there talking to the server as it says and does nothing?

Hello Private Investigator

Others will not be able to open the link to your Sitebuilder which you posted above because you need to be logged into your Yola account.

I found a Yola account with the domain csiukgroup.co.uk, is that correct? I accessed your Yola Sitebuilder, and I didn't have any problems. It loaded quickly for me, and I was able to drag and drop widgets.

So if this is problem that you have been experiencing for a longer time, I guess you have already tried all those general trouble-shooting steps like clearing cache and trying different browsers? Even a different computer?

We haven't had any complaints about Sitebuilder being sluggish again, and we haven't been able to replicate. I wonder if it would make sense for you to do a webex with us? You can call our Yola Call Cantre and ask them to do a webex which will give them the chance to see what is exactly happening on your computer.

For the right phone number for your country, please refer to our tutorial The help you need when you need it. I hope we will be able to help you sort out the issues because I can imagine how frustrating it can be to not be able to continue building your site.
