Yola Sites Not Publishing To The Web

Why isn't the "Publish To The Web" function not working this morning as usual?

Is there a fault that is being worked on for the next few hours?

Hi Don

This could be a bug but I need a bit more information from you. What browser and browser version are you using and what exactly happens when you try to publish your site? Please let me know in as much detail as you can so that I can try to help you further.

Hi there, Monique,
I am using internet exporer 8 to publish www.cmproject.info and it was working okay as always until about 1am GMT (UK time) last night when it just stopped publishing.

When I have updated and saved the changes, and click on the green "Publish To The Web" tab, it says "publish to the web loading", and nothing happens.

I have tried numerous times this morning. The last time 30 seconds ago!

Could you try clearing your cache or try a different browser? I haven't come across this particular version of the problem in IE8 but it could be related to the bug Sally is having. It would be very helpful if you could let me know if clearing cache fixes it or not.

It's IE8. I tried with another computer using another browser and I can republish the site there.

With the IE8 laptop, I have deleted the cache, history, etc, rebooted, and it's still not working. The Publish Site window keeps on telling me it is loading but nothing happens. All you can see is two buttons rather than the normal view (buttons BACK and NEXT STEP).

Will the IE8 problem be sorted soon?

This is a screenshot of what has been happening since 1am last night (GMT).

I don't know what has recently happened to Yola, but the republish screen just won't load properly in IE8.
