Yola Support Team Traveling! Expect delays in support responses!

Hi All

I wanted to let you know about our excitement at the Yola Cape Town office! The magical Emmy and the fantastical Laura are coming across the Ocean for a long overdue visit!

Emmy has landed in Cape Town already and Laura will be leaving on Sunday. We are looking forward to some fun activities and lots of hard work building our team and working on support projects.

Here is what this means to you: Yola strives to provide 24/7 online support to the best of our ability. However, we also believe that it is important to the long term success of our customer service team that we have an opportunity to work together and do some team building. So important in fact that we are taking Emmy and Laura out of their time zones for 3 weeks (until 16 March) to spend some time in the Cape Town office. Unfortunately Sanja is not able to join on this trip and we will miss her, but we are very grateful to her help in providing some support coverage in her time zone.

Here is what you can expect during the next 3 weeks:

1. We will still respond to all support requests within 24 hours, but we won't always manage the 15 minute-or-less replies we strive for under normal circumstances. Please be patient. We will get back to you!

2. There will be certain times of the day, (between midnight and 5am South African time) when there are no support staff online. However, our phones will be on and if there are any emergencies affecting the whole of Yola, we will wake up and come online within minutes to update you and answer your queries. Regular support requests will have to wait a few hours, however.

3. We are going to take a little time out for team building activities, which will mean that the whole support team will be offline for a few hours on some occasions. However, we will catch up and do all in our power never to drop below the 24 hour turn around time for support requests.

4. Remember - you can always get fast help by posting your question right here in Get Satisfaction, where one of our Yola Champs or other experienced users can help you out! You can also use the self-service option on our "Get Help" page.

We know that Yola customers are used to the very best, and fastest in customer service. So we felt it was only fair that we let you know what is going on. We hope you understand and support the decision to arrange this trip for Emmy and Laura, and will join me in wishing them Bon Voyage!

We can't wait to see them!

Sanja, super champ turned employee is getting a trip from Canada to SF, not too shabby! Something to aspire to... :0)
