yola support: timley manner, for gold customers

Yola support: I was looking for some questions answered, I e-mailed yola support at 10:00 am yesterday morning and have not received a response. I'm a gold customer and thought my e-mails would be at some kind of timely manner, not sure the problem, but need a reason in delay.

Hello Jacob,

I have recently repled to both your emails.

As I wrote in my second email to you, we strive to answer all our emails in a timely fashion and pride ourselves on our excellent support.

However sometimes an email slips through and goes over the 24 hours. Your first email was unfortunately one of these and we are sorry it happened.

We will do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again.
