Yola upgrade issue

We've upgraded to silver but it hasn't upgraded our profile status. Please advise

I found a Yola account under sam.wall.92@googlemail.com, but I can't find any payments there. Did you upgrade to Yola Silver from another Yola account? Can you please provide your login e-mail address (not your password) for us to be able to check?
