In my third week ..I STILL cannot access any of my sites on Yola. I click any site and the message comes up "loading site"..and NOTHING. Something must be done about this. I am a Silver customer and I must have access to all of my sites.
Based on a previous thread you posted I gather that this is one of your sites?: areaprocontractor.com. I notice that that domain has expired which is why it is not loading. However, we checked the rest of your sites and they all load fine for us.
Can you let me know if you get the loading problem on a site other than areaprocontractor.com on one specific computer/browser or is it a general problem? Also, please visit http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and put the URLs of the affected sites into the search box and let us know the result.
We agree that you need access to all your sites and we would like to gather as much information as possible to find out why you are not able to access them. However, we will be at a loss until we are able to replicate the problem on our end.
