so NOW when I want to build a new Web site, your site keeps telling me "my email address is taken." What am I to do to build a new Web site if you won't let me log in under my existing (and formerly used) email address???

Hello Jen,

I am not quite sure what you mean but suspect that you're saying that your domain has expired? If you also have a yolasite subdomain or synthasite sub-domain (which is likely) these never expire. That's something that Yola have promised.

You could try and renew the domain subscription and see if that restores your site otherwise you can buy your domain again and republish it from your yolasite sub-domain.

The first thing I would do though is send off an email to Yola it maybe a forgotten password issue or something similar. In that case I am sure that they can help you.

Hello Jen,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

Are you unable to log in to your Yola site to renew your domain?

You can log in to your site by clicking on the "Log in" link in the top right hand corner of the Yola.com site and entering the details you used to log in.

If you are wanting to renew your domain and it has expired please send us an email to support@yola.com and I will send it to our payments department and they will assist you with renewing it.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know.
