Yola won't accept credit card renew!

I was informed that my credit card has expired and that my website will be canceled in a week, but Yola won't accept my card's new expiration date. Yola tells me to update the information then doesn't provide a link or effective method to perform the update. So-- Yola is threatening to cancel my website while also rejecting the very methods required to keep it up.

Yola is broken.

I'm afraid that updating your expiry date is currently not working as easily as we want it to. I know it's a bit of a mission, but can you please remove your expired payment method altogether, and then add your new details again? You will then be able to renew your subscription.

We will work on improving to update payment methods.
