Yola won't let me renew domain, even though it's not expired yet.

My domain expires on the 30th. When I tried to renew it today, the Yola site indicated that it had already expired and would not allow me to renew, and I cannot get help from Yola by phone, Can anyone help?

Can you please send an email to support@yola.com with your account details and they can check this out and you will also have privacy particularly with regard to your account detail.

Hi balavent,

I have just responded to your email. I believe that we have fixed the issue that was preventing you from renewing your domain, and you should be able to renew it now.

Although your domain expires today, you will still be able to renew it for another 30 days.
