yolamail not receiving ecwid verification email

verification e-mails are not received to my Yola mail account, Please check why the notifications, sent from Ecwid, are not received via my yola mail account, all other mail sent & received is fine. I am unable to update my email with ecwid until I can get a verification email to my yola emal account.

Hello AF

Are you sure that your ecwid account is associated with your Yola Mail e-mail address, and not with another one you have? Have you checked your Spam folder in Yola Mail, or your Junkmail folder in Outlook (in case you use it)?

I HAVE checked spam/junkmail folders. I want to UPDATE my ecwid account to use my yola mail email address. To do this I need to verify my yolamail email via a link in email,. which never arrives, "Your e-mail address is not validated. Please, find the verification link email in your mailbox and follow the link, otherwise you will not be able to log in in 2 days. " I do not receive this email and therefore I am unable to verify my new email address. In 2 days I will not be able to use my ecwid control panel,. this is the second time I have attempted to update my email address,. ecwid said I need to contact YOLAMAIL and ask why i am not receiving their emails.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still ongoing. Since time is of the essence, I suggest using a different email address to see if you're able to verify your email address.

Then, could you please contact us using this Contact Form and we can work together with you to see if we can get this working with your Yola Mail email address.

I have changed my email to a different one and the verification email came through fine, so I will now contact yola again (i have already emailed support but didnt get a reply) and see if we can find the problem and fix it ;)

Hi AF, I looked up your support email and I can see that Lyall has replied to you. Please reply back on this thread or the support email and let us know if the problem is still not resolved.
