If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
IE 6 by users for your site is likely to remain an issue and quite difficult to fix as Microsoft have for a long time not offered any support for this version and have over-ridden it many times. I think your best bet would be to suggest that your users upgrade their IE or use another browser such as Chrome or FireFox for users with IE6. It's a difficult call as users can be intimidated by suggesting an upgrade but with careful explanation and the suggestion that there is/will be a noticeable over-all benefit improving their everyday web-site browsing is likely to be considered by them.
Vers 8 & 9 are likely to be compatibility issues particularly with applications mentioned indirectly on your site, which can be resolved by users with these browsers:
Enable Compatibility View (To Open Files using IE 8 & IE 9)
