Hello Cheryl,

I am guessing that there are two things that need to be paid for to keep your site published:

  • Your domain:

  • a hosting plan: Bronze or Silver

Both of these must be subscribed to for your site to be published. The subscription for your domain is an annual charge whereas your hosting may be an annual payment or a monthly payment:

Hi Cheryl,

Gop is correct, the payment you made was to renew your domain and Yola Mail, and you still need to renew your hosting plan.

The Yola Bronze and Yola Silver hosting plans are now renewed separately from your domain, and you will need to renew your Yola Bronze subscription in order for your site to be available online. You will also see yellow renewal reminders throughout your account notifying you that your Yola Bronze subscription has expired.

To renew your Yola Bronze subscription please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola account.
2. Click "Account" on the left-hand menu.
3. Click the "Renew" link next to your Yola Bronze subscription details.
4. Follow the steps to make your payment and renew your subscription.
