Can't access the renewal page despite a recent browser update!

I have to renew my web site domain. I clicked on the e-mail link and was told my browser was out of date, so i updated the browser. I restarted the computer, clicked on the link again and you are still telling me my broswer is out of date, despite me only updating it five mins ago. I cannot access your support team while it says my broswer is out of date - what can I do?

Hi Julie,

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to renew your domain. Do you mind sharing the browser you are using as well as the version you just upgraded to?

Also, is the domain you are trying to renew?
