We have not been receiving other reports of this nature, however because the video is being hosted in YouTube's hosting environment I am quite sure the quality factor would be on the end of YouTube or else possibly your computer. Have you tried listening to the clip from more than one computer or checked out YouTube's forum to see if other people are reporting the same type of problems? I would be happy to take a listen if you'd like to post a link to the page you have the YouTube video on your site.
