You've taken my money but deleted the account I had for over 2 years - I've lost lots of stuff!

My subscription has gone out of my account, but my account has been de-activated and my email address wiped from the system. I set up another account with the same email address, but can't access the domain and website that I created originally. Please help me to do so, or refund my payment! Thank you

Hi Stephanie

We would like to help you get to the bottom of this. However, Yola does not delete customer accounts. Please let us know which domain and website you are trying to trace and we will investigate further.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have now sorted it, but I think I know why I thought Yola had deleted my account. All communications about expiry came to the email address I had originally signed up with. The username and password were since changed, and I have now retrieved those and signed in successfully again. However, when I tried a password retrieval using my original email address, I got the message that Yola had no record of it. That, combined with the expiry warnings going to that same address made me assume it had been deleted. Hope this makes sense.
